A metal touch sensor is a type of switch that only operates when it’s touched by a charged body. It has a high-frequency transistor which can conduct electricity when receiving electromagnetic signals.
Very simple – the touch sensor (mosfet) will generate an output when the metal leg of the mosfet is touched. The amplifier then sends the data to the analog output pin of the module. We then connect this to an Arduino analog input pin
